Why use a professional service?

To purchase a carpet or a new sofa is not inexpensive and therefore it is important to care for them accordingly. Whilst some people may opt for the ‘do-it-yourself’ approach by hiring/using a cleaning machine and applying a shampoo based product, or trying quick fixes from the supermarket to remove marks and stains, in the long-run this often results in false economy, if not damage, as there are many factors to consider when cleaning carpets, rugs and upholstery.


Carpet & upholstery cleaning is basically a science; it works on chemistry. It is essential to determine and understand what materials your carpets and upholstery are made up of, in order to know how to clean them to achieve the best results without creating any damage and to ensure and maintain their long life. After all, you would not use a bleaching agent on a dark garment or put your woollen jumper in a machine hot wash!

Our carpet and upholstery cleaning services

Our services are undertaken based on your requirements and working in your best interests at all times.


​Having identified the composition of your carpet(s) and/or upholstery, and any marks or stains present, treatment and cleaning is then carried out accordingly.


​The service includes: a pre-spay/degreaser; any specialist treatments for marks and stains where necessary; and a thorough, deep hot water extraction clean including a fibre and fabric rinse to maintain the softness and pH level of the fibres or material.

 

​Your carpets and upholstery will be sanitised, deodourised and sterilised, leaving them rejuvenated…. cleaner, brighter and fresher. Drying times depend on the condition and composition of your carpets/upholstery, but are minimal (further information can be given following an on-site inspection or over the phone).


​As part of the service and where practical, all furniture is carefully moved and replaced back, using furniture pads where necessary.

We offer a fair and competitive price to accommodate our clients’ budgets and every commission is based on its own merits. Where possible, we always prefer to carry out a free, no-obligation, on-site inspection of your cleaning requirements. This enables us to assess and determine at first-hand what will be required and allows you to ask any questions you may have. However, if you would like to discuss your requirements over the telephone to gain a rough idea, we are more than happy to assist.
